ECCV 2026 Venues — Malmö, Sweden

The 18th European Conference on Computer Vision (ECCV 2026) takes place 8–12 September 2026 in Malmö, Sweden. The Main Conference is held at Malmö Arena, with Workshops, Tutorials and the Exhibition at Malmömässan (10–12 September). Both venues sit side by side in Malmö's Hyllie district, a few minutes by train from Malmö city centre and from Copenhagen.

About Malmö

Malmö is Sweden's third-largest city and a gateway between Scandinavia and continental Europe, connected to Copenhagen, Denmark by the Öresund Bridge. It is home to landmarks such as the twisting Turning Torso (Scandinavia's tallest building) and Malmöhus Castle, a Renaissance-era fortress with museum exhibitions and an aquarium. The city has a lively, multicultural food scene — from street food and falafel to New Nordic fine dining around Lilla Torg Square — and a relaxed, bike-friendly atmosphere that blends historic charm with modern, sustainable urban design. How to Reach the Venues

By Air

Copenhagen Airport (CPH), Denmark is the main international gateway for Malmö. It has a direct train station and is only about 12 minutes from the venues by the Öresundståg regional train, which crosses the Öresund Bridge into Sweden. Trains run every 15–20 minutes, around the clock.

Malmö Airport (Sturup, MMX) is Sweden's own regional airport, about 25–30 minutes by car from the venues. Flygbussarna airport coaches connect it to Malmö Central Station.

By Train

Malmö Hyllie Station is the transport hub of both venues and of the wider Öresund region, served by Öresundståg (Sweden–Denmark) and Pågatåg (Skåne regional) trains.

  • Malmö Arena is ~80 m from Hyllie Station.
  • ~6 minutes by train to Malmö Central Station; ~3 minutes to Malmö city centre.
  • ~12 minutes to Copenhagen Airport; ~20 minutes to Copenhagen city centre.
